Penso sia molto importante stabilire come (e se) verranno spesi i successi 20 previsti dalla Finanziaria 2006, 10 nel 2008 e 10 nel 2009, sempre che il governo abbia intenzione di mantenere fede alle linee strategiche CNIPA 007-2009.
